Chuck joined I&S Group in 2000. He has faced many difficult and challenging projects and has developed a reputation for solid, responsive design. It is that ability that has propelled Chuck to lead our land development team.
As the land development leader, Chuck has worked with a wide variety of entities including commercial and residential land developers, government bodies, and large-scale urban and rural drainage systems. He has been a guest lecturer and presenter at Minnesota State University, the University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Chuck has successfully worked with clients and I&S planners to design emerging technology projects that are grant eligible, thus making them a reality.
A graduate of Iowa State University's civil engineering program, Chuck and his family live in the Greater Mankato area. Chuck is active with many land development and drainage organizations while developing innovative sustainable development techniques with I&S Group civil engineers and landscape architects.
