A responsive professional that brings a comprehensive civil engineering background to each project, Andy commits his work to represent each client’s best interest. Andy began his career at ISG as an intern, and has since managed a variety of projects that range from athletic facilities and drainage studies, to business design and new construction site work.
Andy’s extensive portfolio of civil work includes feasibility studies, recommendations, site improvements, concept planning, and funding assistance for a dynamic range of clients. With a focus in athletic and recreation projects, Andy’s expertise is highly regarded, and represents a variety of facilities including football fields, tracks, multi-purpose fields, softball and baseball fields, and university athletic facilities. Experienced with both natural and synthetic turf materials, Andy is able to help clients select the best solutions to meet their needs based on economics, staffing, maintenance schedules, and desired performance.
His diverse client base extends beyond local and state projects to include national commercial work as well. Helping partners maintain brand continuity while addressing the unique elements of each site, Andy provides designs that support client operations and increase profitability. Whether strategically selecting a new site, relocating businesses, or conducting a site analysis for renovations and improvements, Andy helps clients navigate initial planning processes, guides permitting compliance and regulation, and ensures the overall success of projects.
Whether it is for partners in sports and recreation, education, public works, transportation, housing development, or commercial, Andy provides consistent and transparent communication in an effort to build long-lasting relationships. Showcasing his abilities, he was appointed as Office Lead in the Minneapolis/St. Paul office in recognition of his natural leadership skills and dedicated professionalism. Andy attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where he earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
