The full-day seminar held on June 26 featured agricultural drainage experts who spoke on critical topics including multi-purpose drainage, drainage law and best practices. Although various presenters touched on all drainage topics, the featured project was Blue Earth County Ditch 57 – Mapleton area agricultural/urban runoff water quality treatment analysis. Funding for this project was provided by the Minnesota Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund as recommended by the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR).
