I&S designed a 173,000 square foot expansion to Cambria’s manufacturing facility in Le Sueur. The addition houses a manufacturing area for a second production line and materials storage space.
The design included relocating an existing precast concrete wall and infilling the remaining area to provide a cost effective expansion. Due to the proximity to US Highway 169, close coordination with the Minnesota Department of Transportation on the hydrologic design of the adjacent ditch was required, allowing Cambria to utilize the full extents of their property.
