Community Bank purchased a four-acre site on the corner of a busy intersection near both commercial and residential properties to maximize visual exposure and create an accessible facility.
The owner was looking for a combination of exterior prominence and an interior that presented a “customer first” atmosphere. The building was positioned near the intersection in the southeast corner of the lot to take advantage of the high traffic exposure. Precast concrete panels with decorative details presents the exterior with a pronounced appearance which also portrays a sense of cutting edge technology and service.
On the interior, two large lobby spaces with natural light emitted from two stories above provide an impressive and welcoming impression to the customers. The building is also accented with details, colors, and privacy features which contribute to a “positive and comfortable” customer experience.
The site was designed to accommodate drive through tellers and an ATM. To maximize the value of the land, an outlot was also planned and integrated into the design of the parking and circulation.
