DownloadsRice County identified the intersection of County Roads 38 and 11 as a safety concern when its configuration fell short under pressures from increased traffic. Rice County worked with I&S to improve the safety of the intersection by adding lighting and realigning the former “y” junction to form a safer 90 degree intersection.
I&S assisted Rice County in completing a full topographic survey, along with full engineering plans detailing the highway construction and a right-of-way plat outlining county parcel property taking.
