I&S assisted Eide Bailly in designing a 12,000 SF building expansion that efficiently utilized their pie-shaped site and allowed for adequate parking along with future growth potential. I&S linked the new addition to existing the 12,274 SF building while maintaining a cohesive design by matching the existing building precast panels to insure uniformity.
Utilizing an existing curtain wall as the connection point between the two buildings, I&S was able to reduce disruption to the existing facility. The addition provided space for 16 offices, 21 cubicles, a training room, 2 conferences, an expansion to the break room, and an additional entrance that could be used as a main entrance if a second entity rented half the facility. I&S also designed an additional 2,900 SF “white box” space for future expansion.
From a site perspective, additional parking was provided around the building to allow for easy access from any parking space.
