I&S worked with the City of Faribault, Faribault Soccer Association, and Faribault Public Schools to design a jointly owned community soccer complex.
I&S provided a Master Plan for the soccer complex as well as plans to construct soccer fields, stormwater management, and other supporting components including a concession stand, restrooms, and grandstand seating.
The funding for the project is a combination of municipal funds and ongoing fundraising efforts by the Faribault Soccer Association. The project was designed to be constructed in phases allowing the project to progress as funds become available.
I&S has assisted the group with their fundraising efforts by providing promotional materials enabling them to present the project to a broad range of potential contributors.
The first phase of fields have been constructed and the complex entrance is currently under construction.
