DownloadsThe pride that Wells Fargo takes in both its customers and building with sustainable design practices is evident when visiting the new Mankato Wells Fargo branch. Designed from its inception as a "green" building, it is anticipated that the facility will earn LEED Gold accreditation. From local stone used on the exterior to large overhangs over windows with southern exposure, all components of the facility were considered for minimizing impact on the environment and patrons.
Amenities that banking customers now demand, such as multiple ATM's, drive through access, and convenient access to personal services in the bank were designed into the overall facility, for which I&S provided the following services:
