In numerous projects the main entrance to building is enhanced with the inclusion of a large drive under canopy constructed to compliment the exterior of the building while providing protected entrance area for residents. Parking is a consideration for those tenants who continue to own and operate a vehicle. Vehicular parking options have included ground level parking, individual garages, and underground heated parking. These amenities add significant value to the resultant project.
Oak Terrace, in North Mankato, Minnesota, is a 54 unit assisted living and memory care facility. The building is detailed with traditional design elements utilizing brick masonry, vinyl windows with integral mullions, permanent siding, stone details, crown moldings, and asphalt shingles. The stone keystones provide a decorative accent to the face of the building.
