I&S Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Natural Resources Specialists worked with the Developer and Scott County to design a very marketable 107-acre subdivision which is located 20 miles south of Prior Lake in Scott County. Hickory Hollow includes 28 single-family lots, all of which are 2.5 acres or larger and within a very hilly and wooded setting. The lots expected selling price is approximately $200,000+ per site. One-hundred fifty acres of Hickory Hollow have been set aside for future development.
