DownloadsI&S prepared a predesign document for South Central College in North Mankato, Minnesota for a major Learning Center and Student Services addition and renovation project. The project is proposed to add nearly 12,000 feet of Learning Center space, which will include traditional library elements, tutoring rooms, collaborative design spaces, and computer workstations.
The design has been refined through a series of meetings with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed new spaces are in agreement with the master plan for the campus, and that the highest value project is being proposed.
The Learning Center is proposed to be a major component in a larger renovation project that will enhance the student services area and provide a centralized hub of activity.
