DownloadsDel Monte Foods, a national food processing company, was looking to renovate their pea canning facility. I&S provided full design services for the demolition of the existing building and construction of the new, 20,400 square foot building. Timing was critical, as the canning of the product is dependant upon the harvesting of the peas. I&S worked within these vital timelines to complete the project on time and under budget.
Additionally, I&S provided a comprehensive review of the entire site, considering future warehousing needs. The traffic patterns, utility layout, and stormwater management were all considered as part of this review. Utility design for the pea processing plant included sizing for these future warehouses.
