I&S Group recently assisted Wells with the design of their new facility in Albany, Minnesota. The 165,000 square foot facility will be utilized to construct insulated hollow core wall panels, hollow core planks, and double tee structures.
The large site also included outside storage of finished product, a 16,000 square foot finishing building for specialty panel finishes, and a concrete batch plant.
