With the rapidly changing landscape in health care, Minnesota Valley Health Center is determined to continue to provide outstanding local health care with regional access to specialty care. To provide a framework for how this business plan affects the facility and future expansion, I&S provided MnVHC with a facility master plan.
This plan provided a comprehensive evaluation of the existing facility and site and provided recommendations for enhancements to the existing hospital, clinic, and nursing facilities. Additionally, the report analyzed the future space needs based and expressed how this growth could be accomplished.
