The Owners of Red Sky wanted to create a completely new, fresh image for an existing 7,500 square foot restaurant and bar in downtown Mankato. The design of the interior had to have a certain "edginess" to it, which had to be conveyed on the exterior as well. The new design only begins with the building itself: a brand new menu, featuring "social food made for sharing" is complemented by truly unique drinks from the "liquid kitchen", or bar.
Understanding the importance of an Owner's desire for a complete experience which is offered at Red Sky, I&S is able to convey thoughts and ideas in the form of graphic concepts, allowing an Owner to evaluate options that are in his or her best business interests.
