The Benedictine Living Community

The Benedictine Living Community’s three-building complex provides comfortable senior living and a connection to the local St. Peter hospital. ISG was contracted to design the Benedictine Living Community when the community determined that a new facility would be more cost-effective than expanding and renovating the existing one.

Connected to the local hospital, the entry to the building has a covered canopy, the lobby reveals a beautiful two-story atrium with clerestory windows at the top, a library and dining area are used for family gatherings, and a limestone exterior complements the prairie-style details of the building.
