Recognizing the need for unique residential space in downtown Sioux Falls, Pendar Properties partnered with ISG to bring this vision to life. Given its aesthetic appeal, performance attributes, and optimization of rental income, mass timber drove our design concept. Together, we developed two residential ground-up buildings, named The Clark and The Dakota. Surrounded by natural timber, high quality furnishing, and stylish interiors, the lofts provide a high caliber environment with superior craftsmanship and a maintenance-free lifestyle.
