The City of Faribault had an abandoned restaurant next to a gateway of the City and an eyesore on the north border of their golf course. I&S worked with the City and the Developer to create a use for the property that enhanced both the geography and the economy of the area.
The Village, 37.3 acre development, consists of 12 single family homes and 74 multi-family town homes and condominiums. A business and retail area was also designed to buffer the neighborhood from Minnesota Highway 21 and provide added convenience to nearby residents.
