Chris Larson attains Professional Engineering Designation
Mankato, Minnesota, January 10,2011 – I&S Group, Inc. (www.is-grp.com) is proud to announce that Chris Larson has successfully passed the Principals and Practice of Engineering Examination, thereby officially designating him a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota. The state’s licensing board sets high standards by requiring that professional engineers demonstrate their ability to practice in a manner that will safeguard public health, safety, and welfare.
Chris graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree and has been with I&S since 2006, and prior to that interned with the firm for several years throughout his collegiate career. Chris has been active in many aspects of municipal engineering including master planning, the preparation of plans and specifications, and shepherding projects through the design and construction process.
