Dan Stueber attains Iowa Professional Land Surveyor License
Mankato, Minnesota, June 18, 2010 – I&S Group, Inc. (www.is-grp.com) is proud to announce that Dan Stueber has obtained Professional Land Surveying licensure in the State of Iowa. The state’s licensing board sets high standards by requiring that professional land surveyors demonstrate their ability of understanding both general land surveying practices and state specific laws and standards.
Dan is also licensed to provide land surveying services in Minnesota and South Dakota, and in addition to his land surveying certifications is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota. Dan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota.
Dan’s experience in land surveying includes performing record research, preparing legal descriptions, preparing preliminary and final plats, boundary and topographic surveys, electronic data collection, control surveys, GPS and 3D laser scanning surveys, and subdivision design and layout.
In addition to his land surveying experience, Dan’s civil engineering background provides valuable insight during the preparation of surveying documents. His experiences designing many public improvements, residential developments, and commercial projects affords him a full understanding of the client’s needs during the survey phases of the project.
