Lynn Bruns attains Illinois Professional Engineering License
Mankato, Minnesota, July 30, 2010 – I&S Group, Inc. (www.is-grp.com) is proud to announce that Lynn Bruns, PE, LEED AP has obtained Professional Engineering licensure in the State of Illinois. The state’s licensing board sets high standards by requiring that professional engineers demonstrate their ability to practice in a manner that will safeguard public health, safety, and welfare. Lynn is also licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
Since 2004, Lynn has been the Office Manager of I&S Group’s Faribault Office. As a Civil Engineer and Project Manager of many medium to large scale projects, he has been instrumental in the growth of the office. Lynn has successfully delivered exceptional service to many regional, national, and international clients through thoughtful design and effective procedures. Recognizing the special requirements and needs of our larger clients, Lynn has continually responded with supplemental training and innovative ideas to best serve them. Furthermore, Lynn has developed vast expertise in the design of recreational facilities.
Lynn is a graduate of South Dakota State University and obtained his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business. He has also earned the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design’s Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation as well as becoming a Certified Development Professional. Lynn and his family reside in Faribault.
