Sam leads talent engagement at ISG, focusing on providing innovative and strategic direction for talent engagement initiatives, including professional development, culture, and recruitment. Frankly put, Sam embodies ISG’s culture and works to not only positively support the firm brand but engage with talent in a way that aligns with strategic initiatives and A/E workforce talent. As a skilled leader with past management experience, Sam helps ISG employees develop as professionals and become effective leaders through mentorship and training opportunities. She focuses on nurturing and protecting ISG’s strengths-based “work hard, play hard” culture, while staying true to ISG’s five guiding principles that reflect the core of the firm’s mission and value proposition.
