Construction for this project began on November 6th, 2018. Utility work for this year is now completed. Paving and project completion will be done by July 1st, 2019.
Utilities have been installed so that the lots will be ready to be developed once the road is in place. This includes water and sanitary sewer services for each lot and storm sewer coverage for the site. The crew extended the existing water main and placed all storm intakes and pipes to complete this. The contractor, Con-Struct, Inc., will have a crew out next spring to pave the roadway extension and finalize the project.
