Maple River Schools

With aging infrastructure, declining enrollment, advancing technology, and increasing operation and maintenance costs at four different locations, Maple River Schools engaged our team to perform comprehensive assessments leading them to invest in a new PreK-12 facility. Through a successful referendum process, the new facility includes three zones to appropriately accommodate elementary, middle, and high school grades united with a shared common area. Exterior amenities include dedicated bus and parent drop-off/pick-up lanes, ample parking for students and staff, and drainage into two stormwater ponds that doubles as an outdoor learning space for science and nature curriculums. School colors and branding are prominent throughout the facility, inside and out, to support school spirit across grade levels and within the community.
